At ShipHero we make it easy to manage eCommerce logistics in more ways than one. Our proprietary Warehouse Management Software (WMS) allows our customers to run an efficient warehouse and fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately. Our fulfillment division operates our own warehouses providing fulfillment services for brands across the US and Canada.

We want to put this great technology in the hands of more brands, retailers, and 3PLs to help them grow. As our growth continues, we are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us achieve our goals in 2024 and beyond.

This hands-on role is responsible for building and scaling our Demand Generation function to support and accelerate our growth. We’re looking for somebody with creative and technical aptitude, and experience building and executing a variety of different campaign types (direct-response, outbound, branding-building, etc.).   • Revenue & pipeline generation
  • Target account engagement
  • Lead generation (high-intent, as well as developing awareness with high-fit accounts)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaigns and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for ShipHero's WMS.
  • Own the development, optimization, and execution of paid advertising strategies.
  • Focus on campaign ROI to drive a qualified pipeline for sales.
  • Establish a strong relationship with sales and aligning our campaign strategy with sales team activities to support campaigns & events.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Outbound teams on target account list development, and campaigns to reach and activate them.
  • Manage a pipeline of tests and learn initiatives across different channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build programs and campaigns that support the overall marketing playbook.
  • Provide proactive reporting, analysis, and recommendations to accelerate performance.
  • Manage ad platforms, tech stack, and vendor relationships.
  • Leverage analytics and KPIs to understand program effectiveness and continuously improve lead performance and conversion.
  • Report and communicate KPI results to highlight achievements, identify opportunities and risks, and outline plans for improving demand generation outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years experience in B2B Marketing and demand generation with a focus on growth-stage technology companies. Specific experience in SaaS, ABM, and campaign management is preferred.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality leads and generating sales pipeline.
  • Experience creating demand-generation programs that demonstrate a deep understanding of the buyer and market.
  • Positive and open-minded with excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking skills, and hands-on execution.
  • Team player aligned with organizational objectives while working as an individual contributor.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to focus on high-impact, high-value initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including: CRM software, marketing automation software (MarTech), Google Analytics and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Able to provide effective, constructive feedback.
  • Ability to generate and apply actionable, data-informed insights.
