About the position

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager to support our rapid growth and increasingly complex operations. You will assist with the Company's accounting operations specifically pertaining to accurate recording and timely payment of invoices. You will also take ownership of running payroll for our different departments. The ideal candidate is comfortable being hands-on, has great attention to detail and thrives in the fast-paced and dynamic world of startups. The position will report to the Senior Accountant.

  • Own everything Accounts Payable from accurately recording invoices in our accounting software to paying them in a timely fashion.
  • Take charge of running payroll for our US and Overseas employees at their various schedules.
  • Run payroll reports and analysis when needed
  • Other duties and ad-hoc projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 2-3 years experience in an accounting related function
  • Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks Online
  • Highly organized, independent, self-motivated, objective thinker
  • Experience in accounts payable a plus
  • Experience in running payroll and dealing with reimbursements, garnishments and PTO a plus
