As ShipHero’s Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of storytelling and design—owning the creation of customer-facing presentations, sales collateral, one-pagers, and other marketing assets that support our go-to-market strategy. You’ll translate business concepts into visuals and narratives that resonate, using existing templates and brand guidelines to ensure consistency while finding creative ways to make our content stand out.

This is a hands-on creative role, ideal for someone with strong business acumen, an eye for detail, and the curiosity to turn complex ideas into assets that are both clear and engaging.

The key metrics this role impacts are:

  • Sales cycle efficiency – providing content that shortens time-to-close.
  • Content adoption – ensuring sales & internal teams actively use and rely on the assets created.
  • Campaign execution speed – enabling marketing to launch campaigns faster with ready-to-use materials.
  • Message consistency – maintaining a unified brand voice across all customer-facing collateral.
  • Internal alignment – reducing rework and miscommunication by centralizing key narratives in clear content.

A typical week for this role will involve:

  • Creating and refining presentations for sales, marketing, and customer-facing initiatives using Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe Express.
  • Developing supporting materials such as one-pagers, case studies, and visual content for campaigns and events.
  • Partnering with marketing and sales teams to understand priorities and translate business value into compelling content.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with ShipHero’s brand guidelines, tone, and style.
  • Taking narratives, product concepts, and data points and transforming them into visually digestible stories.
  • Managing content requests, timelines, and asset libraries for reuse and scale.
  • Collaborating with Visual Designers when higher-level polish or custom graphics are required.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen—you can take a concept or value proposition and turn it into a clear, customer-facing story.
  • Experience creating content in Google Slides, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
  • Skilled at structuring presentations and marketing assets with both clarity and impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • A natural sense of curiosity—you’re eager to learn new products, markets, and business concepts.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Bonus: Background in consulting, sales enablement, or marketing communications.

  • Support a sales-led revenue motion, optimizing funnel handoffs, enrichment, scoring, and routing to drive pipeline velocity
  • Translate product usage signals and marketing data into sales insights and campaign triggers (with optional future PLG scale)
